Municipal technical centre

Set on a site of more than three hectares, the Grenoble Municipal Technical Centre brings together in one place all the technical services of the city. The facility combines specialist workshops (carpentry, locksmithing, painting, mechanics), logistics and storage areas, garages, as well as offices and meeting spaces. The organisation favours clarity and functionality: flows are designed to separate pedestrian, technical and heavy-vehicle circulation, while the buildings combine efficiency and legibility.

The project is part of a frugality and sustainability approach, integrating thermal and acoustic comfort, rainwater management and the use of robust materials. The outdoor spaces enter into dialogue with the urban landscape and help create a working environment that is both functional and pleasant.
