Legrand B-Connect

Legrand, the global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures, wanted to bring together its various teams in Île-de-France in a single building, in Bagnolet. The Legrand Campus Paris project comprises, on the one hand, the refurbishment of the existing building, and on the other hand, a new-build extension intended to host the Île-de-France regional commercial management as well as a large-format showroom for the equipment of all the Group’s brands: INNOVAL. The project is organised around an inner garden, creating a cloister between the refurbished building and the new extensions. The unity of the project is brought by the continuity between the roof terraces and their accessible landscape design, as well as by the shared cladding of all the façades with a metal mesh.
