Villejuif
100 housing units, ZAC Campus Grand Parc
The C1C plot project in Villejuif is part of a reflection on a new way of living together, drawing on the generosity of outdoor spaces and the quality of the landscape. The block is crossed by visual openings, planted continuities and walkways, giving it an open, dynamic and lively character.
Three prism-shaped architectural volumes minimise the ground footprint and foster porosity between the heart of the block and the surroundings. The façades unfold with subtle folds that handle overlooking and direct views towards the best exposures and the nearby park. This architectural and landscape device turns the project into a true invitation to inhabit the landscape, striking a balance between intimacy and openness.
