Housing – Les Perrières block

The project is set within the historically working-class Bourderies district, more specifically in the ‘Les Perrières’ sector. This block is made up of 66 new dwellings, forming five distinct built entities, split between 37 collective dwellings, 25 intermediate dwellings and 4 individual dwellings. The entire programme sits on bases incorporating parking and a few ground-floor 2-room units with private garden.

The elements of the project are placed around the perimeter of the site, freeing up a generous green heart at the centre of the block, dedicated to pedestrians.
