Swell – 2 office buildings

A true territory in the making, the Bac d’Asnières triangle is a strategic site for the city of Clichy-la-Garenne. More precisely, the sites of the TBA1 and TBA4 projects sit at the base of the future gateway to the city, facing Asnières, bordered by the SNCF-Saint-Lazare rail corridor and the Seine.

This ambition is translated in our projects through a strong architectural and urban gesture: creating two buildings that respond to one another, that dialogue and that open onto the city, through volumetric cut-outs, plays of setback and ‘turning’ effects of the buildings. Like a curtain opening onto the city, the buildings play with scale and create a kinetic effect thanks to their façades clad with thin metal slats.
