The operation covers the refurbishment of 240 social housing units spread across three building complexes. The brief aims to improve the architectural identity, the energy performance and the comfort of the residents, including: insulation of upper and lower floors, external wall insulation, replacement of external joinery and extension of balconies; conversion to collective domestic hot water, installation of humidity-controlled ventilation, lift refurbishment, sanitary fittings and electrical compliance upgrade; redevelopment of common areas, improved accessibility and visual upgrade of the dwellings.
