Simone Delthil medico-social centre

HealthcareNew buildConstruction economics

The Simone Delthil Centre, located in the new Pantinoises district in Pantin, is a new-build medico-social facility, dedicated to supporting children and young adults with sensory disabilities or specific language disorders. It will bring together specialist units as well as a crèche (Envoludia), offices and a retail outlet for hearing and optical equipment.

The building adopts a sober brick-and-concrete architectural expression, in dialogue with boulevard Jean-Jaurès and the surrounding district. Designed on the principle of dual sensory experience, it makes information accessible through different channels (visual, auditory…) to adapt to all users. The organisation of spaces is conceived in a clear and rational way, supporting fluid circulation, autonomy and synergies between the different programmes.
