Film studios

The refurbishment and extension project for the Bry-sur-Marne and Villiers-sur-Marne Studios aims to consolidate the site as a reference hub for film and audiovisual production in Europe. Set across a vast campus, it brings together filming stages, construction workshops, dressing rooms, offices, storage areas and social spaces, while improving the legibility of flows between artists, technicians and deliveries.

The architecture emphasises technical performance: thermally efficient envelopes, insulating façades, thermal-break joinery, green roofs. Acoustic requirements, essential for film, structure the project: specific linings, reinforced partitions and adapted protections ensure optimal insulation.

Designed to combine comfort of use, durability and innovation, the Bry Studios are thus entering a new creative dynamic, in line with the ambitions of the France 2030 programme.
