Grands Cyprès school group

The Grands Cyprès school group sits south of the Avignon ring road, in an area undergoing renewal at the junction between large housing estates and an eco-district. Built in 1964, this school group is now dilapidated, with premises undersized for the number of pupils, and has never been refurbished since its construction.

This project provides for the energy refurbishment of the existing buildings, an extension of the schools, the creation of an educational city, with a school catering service, a child-and-parent reception hub (LAEP), a network of specialised support for pupils in difficulty (RASED). It also includes the refurbishment of the staff housing building with the preservation of a caretaker’s residence, as well as the creation of a business incubator.
