OKKO hotel

The Toulon Provence Méditerranée (TPM) urban authority is selling a property complex in the centre of Toulon, in the immediate vicinity of Place de la Liberté, with two ambitions: to bring in a 4-star hotel and to preserve the tower and its architectural identity.

Altarea Cogedim proposes to fit out 48 dwellings in the tower with sweeping views, a retail outlet at the foot of the tower, and the 98-key Okko hotel in a new-build with a bar and a terrace on the top floor.
