Media library and cinema

The project consists of building a complex housing the municipal media library and a cinema in the Pont de Clichy district, which is currently the subject of an urban study aimed at reinvigorating it. The facility represents a major development opportunity for the city; it will contribute to the transformation of the district and to its opening up to the rest of the municipality.

It is in response to these expectations that this new facility develops with a generous forecourt opening onto an open reception space for the media library and the cinema. These two entities then split apart: the media library, bathed in light, open and visible on the ground floor and upper levels; the cinema and its dark screening rooms below ground.
