Nation RER A platform

The renovation of the Nation RER A station is part of a strong dynamic of reinventing transport infrastructure in Île-de-France. Almost half a century after its opening, this station retains a striking character through the majesty of its volume and the elegance of its technical details (pantographs).

The challenge of the project is to enhance its volume and its technical details (pantograph) while introducing new qualities that meet contemporary expectations. Explorations Architecture wanted the overall atmosphere of the volume hosting the traveller to generate a sense of calm, comfort and safety.
